Evaluation and Registration

This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without charge but it has features limit.

If you find this program useful and want to use its full features, you must make a registration payment. This registration fee will license one user to use one copy of CardRescue on any one computer at any one time.

All users will receive registration key and a copy of the latest release when they register, or it will be made available for downloading, and free technical support.

Distribution of Evaluation Version

You are granted unlimited rights to distribute the unregistered version of CardRescue subject to, but not limited to, the following terms: CardRescue may not be sold or resold, distributed as a partof any commercial package, used in a commercial environment, used or distributed in support of a commercial service, or used or distributed to support any kind of profit-generating activity,even if it is being distributed freely. All files must remain intact and unmodified from the original as distributed by WinRecovery.

Disclaimer of Warranty

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which CardRescue may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.

Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

*** REGISTERED VERSION ***

One registered copy (single user license) of CardRescue may be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers.

The SOFTWARE is licensed as a single product, to an individual user, or group of users for Multiple User Licenses and Site Licenses. This Agreement requires that each user of the SOFTWARE be Licensed, either individually, or as part of a group. A Multi-User License provides for a specified number of users to use this SOFTWARE at any time. This does not provide for concurrent user Licensing unless specifically agreed upon and ordered as such at an additional cost above the normal licensing fee. Each user of this SOFTWARE must be covered either individually, or as part of a group Multi-User License. The SOFTWARE is in use on a computer when it is loaded into the temporary memory (i.e. RAM) or installed into the permanent memory (e.g. hard disk) of that computer. This software may be installed on a network provided that appropriate restrictions are in place limiting the use to registered users only.

You must not redistribute the registration codes or full version provided, either on paper, electronically, or as stored in the files. You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE

The SOFTWARE is protected by United States Of America copyright laws and international treaty provisions. All Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) remain the property of WinRecovery Software.
